- Must be a member in good standing for 120 days before the election
- Must be a USMMA registered Marchador owner at the time of election.
- Must remain a USMMA member in good standing for the duration of their term.
-President must be or become an ABCCMM member. (In addition, 4 other members of the BoD need to be ABCCMM members.
