How to become an ABCCMM member

Breeding member – $120US depending on exchange rates. Due annually.

Social member (owner) $12US depending on exchange rates. Due annually.

You will need to prepare the following information to be emailed to the ABCCMM. Although there is an on-line form on their website, it will not accept US addresses so do not use it!

 To become an ABCCMM member, I can help, but need to send the ABCCMM the following information:
Full name
Address
Phone 
Email

Mother’s Full Name
Father’s Full Name

Photo or mailed – Copy of an official GOVERNMENT  document showing picture, date of birth and information – could be passport of driver’s license
Copy of a sheet of paper where you sign your full name 3 times or the ABCCMM signature card.

If a breeder – name of farm you will be breeding under – a SUFFIX (de, do, da)


Optional:
Names of horses that should be transferred to you when you are a member and horses to be registered when you are a member.
