I would like to invite you to the 2024 Annual Member Meeting (via Zoom) to be held on Sunday December 15 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time (4pm PT, 6 pm CT, 7 pm ET).

We will send out the agenda and the ZOOM invitation a week before the annual meeting, but you can expect reports from the following areas:

• Membership
• Financial
• Registration
• Awards
• Current Projects
• Planned Projects

You can respond to this email with your ideas for things we should be doing or your questions or concerns you would like addressed during the meeting. We will also be asking again about a week before the meeting. Zoom also allows for questions and conversations during the meeting.
